The new version of ToyBase is available now. There is no end-date on the trial period – you can use the software for as long as you want – though it will cap the number of active toys and members that you can create at 200 until you buy a licence.
If you are running ToyBase and are connected to the Internet then just click the Help…Check for Upgrades menu in ToyBase. Otherwise click download here.

ToyBase 6.4 used a big old database and had to be installed from a CD. ToyBase 7 uses the excellent Absolute Database from Component Ace software. It is a very professional and reliable product, and small enough to allow ToyBase 7 to be downloadable via the Internet.
If you were using ToyBase 10 years ago in 1999 then you would still be using the MS-DOS version! The first Windows version was not launched until April of 2000.
