ToyBase

On the home page of ToyBase there is a large search box where you can instantly search your members, toys and other data.  You don’t have to type the search words and then grab the mouse to click [Search] – you can use the keyboard shortcut of [Tab] and then [Enter].

[Tab] moves the cursor forwards around the screen, and [Shift]-[Tab] moves backwards.

In the future I will try and make a new shortcut so you don’t have to press [Tab] before searching.

ToyBase should allow categorisation by the six degrees of learning described at warrington.gov.uk

ToyBase 7.0.84 will attempt to publish all active toys to your web catalogue which is fine for the first publication, but for subsequent publications only the changed toys need be published.

This change will speed up the publication of the large catalogue at Trevu Toy Library.

Re-direct them to search help if they try.
