ToyBase

This is the welcome page of ToyBase. It provides quick links to each stock category and highlights members with overdue items. The search box allows you to clickly find member or stock records both by their numbers and words from their names. If you run several branches of your organisation (for example play centres in different locations) you can define them and allocate stock and members to the branches.

Store information about your toys and stock. If the standard fields are not enough, you can create your own. You can define your own reports so that they include only the fields that you need. Organize your stock by category. The numbering system is category-number-duplicate – e.g. CAT15 or CAT17/2

Images can be attached to each toy and they appear in reports and printouts. You will need a digital camera or a scanner. You can then print colour picture catalogues of your stock.

Store information regarding your members and their children. Any extra information can be added using ‘Extra Fields’ that you define.

View all the members who have borrowed each toy and any fines due. Create and print letters to members with toys that are overdue.
